How much does furniture rental cost?
That's a great question. It all depends on whether you live in the property or not. And how large or small your property is and also the style of your property. We can determine this exactly on our initial consultation and give you a written quote on the day in most cases.
What does the price include?
Our rates include delivery, furniture placement, picture hanging, pick up after campaign and insurance.
How long does it take for my property to be set up?
In most cases, properties are setup within 2 hours
When does payment need to be made?
Payment for all services must be made on the day of setup, without exception. Cash, cheque and all major credit cards are acceptable.
Are there any hidden charges?
Our price is all inclusive for a 4-week period plus an additional week free for photos to be taken.
What happens if the property sells early?
In the event that a property sells before auction, Complete Property Presentations will have done its job and no rebates will apply.
What happens if the property doesn't sell?
A small weekly fee of approximately 15% of the initial price will be charged.
